8. CRM & Marketing Automation (HighLevel)
We use HighLevel (HighLevel Inc., USA) to manage prospect and customer communication, automate marketing and sales workflows, and store contact and conversation history. Data processed includes contact details, communication logs, lead status, and usage data.
9. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Pixel & Ads
With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel and related services (Conversions API, Custom Audiences, retargeting) provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. This may transmit information about your activity on our website to Meta and link it with your Meta profile, in order to measure ad performance and serve relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

10. Google Services (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, YouTube, Fonts)

- Google Ads & Conversion Tracking — measure ad performance and run retargeting

11. TikTok Pixel & TikTok Ads
With your consent, we use the TikTok Pixel (TikTok Inc.) to measure and optimize advertising performance on TikTok.
12. LinkedIn Insight Tag
With your consent, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation) to measure ad performance and run retargeting on LinkedIn.

14. SMS & Business Texting
Where you've provided your mobile number and opted in, we communicate with you via SMS (text message). Data processed includes your name, phone number, message content, and delivery metadata. Messages are sent through licensed A2P SMS carriers in compliance with applicable U.S. regulations (including 10DLC registration where required). Standard message and data rates may apply. 15. WhatsApp Business API (International)
For international contacts, where you've opted in, we may communicate with you via the WhatsApp Business API (operated by Meta). Data transmitted includes your name, phone number, message content, and communication metadata.
16. Social Media Profiles
We maintain profiles on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. The respective platform operators are responsible for processing data on their platforms.
